Today was clearly a tough day for the team, especially with the amount of disrespect they’ve had to deal with. Despite that, the level of professionalism, patience, and care shown was outstanding. With Christmas just around the corner and all the chaos that comes with it, the salon and staff are truly operating in overdrive, and it shows how dedicated they are. I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years, well before the rebranding, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service has always been consistent, welcoming, and high quality. A huge thank you to the manager, Mariska, for her hard work and leadership, and to her incredible team, Sarah, Margaret, Taylor, and Jason. They are always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions or accommodate hair requests, even when they’re last minute. Highly recommend this salon, the team truly goes above and beyond! 🫶🏾🤏🏾

I came in with very little expectation here but boy was I surprised. I'd read and heard mixed reviews but thought let's give it a go. Margaret did a wonderful job, and the colour was even better than the photo I showed as a reference. I have had my fair share of disasters where once somebody turned my hair orangish blonde and insisted my hair was too dark to achieve the ash tone and I need a couple of bleach sessions which would be charged by each session. So I was sceptical about what to expect here. In addition to that, Margaret did a wonderful job with my haircut, I came out with exactly the haircut I had asked. She also made sure I was happy with my hair colour before proceeding any further with cutting and when I asked if the ash could go deeper she said absolutely and applied the toner again! Thankyou Margaret, I'll be coming back to you definitely!
